He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Moss and Bertha Moss; his former wife Barbara Passmore Moss; and his brother Buck Moss. He is survived by: his wife Nell D. Moss; his children, Teresa Buchanan (James) of Concord, Jim Moss (Connita McCall) of Cashiers and Randal Moss (Rita) of Balsam; his brother Jack Moss of Glenville; his stepchildren, Pam Wood (Rick) of Dillsboro and Greg Plemmons (Shauna) of Whittier; his grandchildren, Jordan Moss (Brittainy), Amber Moss and Justin Moss; his stepgrandsons, Jeffrey Wood, Jeremy Wood (Taryn), Brandon Plemmons and Sam Plemmons; his great grandchildren, Ryleigh Moss and Aubree Moss; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Addyson Wood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
