He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Tallent, Catherine Pannell, Sandra Ridley and Kay Franks (Radford); and his grandchildren, Wayne Tallent (Tanya), Bobby Burnley, Randy Tallent, Ricky Pannell (Anita), Sherry Hoxit (Donnie), Tammy Keaton (Don), Tim Pannell (Mandy), Melanie Sather (Randy), Jamie Mull (Suzanne), Karen Baggett, Amy Fox, Lisa Wykle, Kim Strum, Gina Franks, Jessica Franks and Chad Franks. He is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, 14 great-great grandchildren.
