She is survived by: her mother Beverley Duarte (Mathieu); her wife Regina Jackson; her daughter Stephanie Murray of Massachusetts; her stepdaughters, Porsha of Sylva and Kadamma Jackson of Sylva; and her siblings, David Elliot Duarte (Tammy Duarte) of Massachusetts and Danielle C. Elliot (John Elliot) of Massachusetts.
