He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Moore and Deena Moore (Rodgers) of Sylva; his wife Claudia Moore (Crowe); his daughter Baylor Moore; his grandparents, Glen, Diana Garlough and Brenda Moore; his siblings, Jonathon, Hayden Moore and Julie Moore; and his father-in-law Chad Crowe.
