With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Yake (Sylva, North Carolina), who passed away on October 4, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Everett; and her siblings, Opal, Luther, Freeman, Don, Lloyd and Leonard.
She is survived by: her brother Dwight Broom (Mildred). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid a private family graveside service will be held on Wednesday October 7, at 2:00 pm.
