He was predeceased by: his parents, Cordell Cabe and Lizzie Cabe. He is survived by: his wife Judy Sapp Cabe; his children, Jeff Cabe, Michelle Archer (Chris) and Michael Letterman (Dawn); and his grandsons, William David Phillips (Anna), Trevor Phillips, Eric Archer (Alex), Cannon Cabe, Raven Cabe and Cody Letterman. He is also survived by three great grandsons.
