She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Payne and Elizabeth Payne; her sons, Leonard Webster, Michael Webster and Teddy Webster; and her grandson Junior Messer.
She is survived by: her husband James Radcliff; her daughters, Barbara Bruno (Ralph) and Blenda Webster; and her brother J. C. Payne (Martha). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren.
