It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerldind Brown (Sylva, North Carolina), who passed away on February 14, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Lloyd C. Brown and Otelia Brown. She is survived by: her brother Myrl Brown (Jean Brown); her sibling's children, Tony Brown (Amanda Brown) and Michelle Brown Owle (Greg Owle); her close friends, Linda Cunningham and Barbara; and her friend Joanne Butell. She is also survived by 3 great nephews and 2 great great nephews and many, many beloved cousins.
