She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Nations and Lillie Nations; her siblings, Regal Nations, Claude Nations Jr., Laburn Nations, Murriel Woodard and Vera Eusantos; and her half-brother Cecil Nations.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Buchanan (Aletta), Dale Buchanan (late Diane), Ricky Buchanan (Linda), Patricia Brooks (Arnold), Tim Buchanan (Lisa) and Gary Buchanan (Paula); her grandchildren, Steven Buchanan (Wendy), Vangie Jones (Cameron), Jennifer Owens (Shane), Matthew Buchanan (Christie), Joe Buchanan (Amanda), Brandon Buchanan (Melissa), Jeremy Brooks (Laura), Myra Pruett (Dewayne), Amanda Buchanan (Logan), Derek Buchanan (Vickie) and Jordan Allen (Amanda); and her half-sisters, Chera Lee Parris and Willce Nations. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
