He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Howard Frady and Gladys Cunningham Frady; his son Kevin Lee Frady; and his father-in-law Harry Jones of Sylva. He is survived by: his wife Karen Jones Frady; his son Kristopher Shawn Frady; his mother-in-law Priscilla Jones; his brothers, Tim Frady of Sylva, James Frady of Atlanta and Jason Frady (Jennifer) of Sylva; and his pets, Luna and Bam Bam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests monetary donations to assist with medical expenses.
