Larry McDonald Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry McDonald (Sylva, North Carolina), who passed away on December 10, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman George Burlingame and Marquita Mead; and his mother-in-law Eleanor Watkins. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Watkins McDonald; his sons, Gray McDonald, Nicholas McDonald (Teresa), Brock McDonald and Spencer McDonald (Madison); his sister Susan Miller; his father-in-law Eugene Watkins; and his grandchildren, Barrett and Andreina.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Larry Gray "Mac" McDonald Scholarship at WCU. Checks should be written to WCU Foundation and should have Larry Gray "Mac" McDonald scholarship written in the memo line to ensure that the check goes directly to the scholarship.
