She was predeceased by: her parents, Linden Cabe and Hattie Rickman Cabe; her husband James Adam McMahan; and her children, Judy, Ray, Faye and Joyce.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Phillips of Sylva, Wanda Farley of Whittier, Bob McMahan of Kingsport, TN and Tammy Jones of Sylva. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
