He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Mack, Aquilla Farmer and Howard Brown; and his nephew Dakota James Massingale. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Merrick Farmer; his close friend Austin Hilley Carpenter; his children, Kelsey Jane Farmer and Michael Calvin Farmer, Jr.; his parents, Jesse Farmer and Linda Frye (Frank); his grandmother Annie Mae Brown; and his sister Michelle Pippio (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Michael Farmer's Childrens Memorial Education Fund at any Wells Fargo bank.
