He is survived by: his wife Joyce Woodard; his sons, William Eric "Tinker" Woodard, Jeffery "Jeff" Woodard (Brenda Levi) and Edward Scott Woodard (Dianna); his grandchildren, Jason, Miranda, Timmy, Angela and Aaron; and his great grandchild Aiden.
