He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Ray; and his grandson Braxxton Cody Moore. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Moore (Ramsey); his wife Vickie (Ammons); his children, Steven Cody and Brandi Nicole; his grandchildren, Khloe, Breaden, Aubree, Hayden and Brantley; and his cousins, Karen Rigdon, Debi Cogdill and Mike Moore. He is also survived by five stepchildren.
