She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stogsdill and Ellen Stogsdill. She is survived by: her husband Wilbur Mopps; her children, Kathy Hall (Philip), Leigh Anne Riley and David Mopps (Florentina); her grandchildren, Olivia Dawn Mopps, Sarah Megan Hall, Philip Eric Hall and Brandon Andrei Mopps; and her sister Sarah Jane McMillan. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
