He was predeceased by: his mother Frances Shuler Frizzell; and his grandparents, Jim and Stella Shuler. He is survived by: his father John Frizzell; his close friend Regina Hadley Lara; his daughters, Rosa Moody (Zachary), Kim Shuler (Ray Conner) and Brooke Shuler; his grandchildren, Madalynn, Adrian, Allison and Lexi; and his brother David Frizzell. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
