He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Millsaps and Cloia Millsaps; his wife Blanche; and his siblings, Boyd, Roberta McHan and Fannie Anderson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Millsaps and Pam Ensley (Bill); his grandson Seth Millsaps (Zae); his great grandchildren, Nola and Ellie; his daughter Jennifer Abshire; his pets, Tinkey and Doby; and his sister Helen Dickey.
