She is survived by: her husband Richard Garstka; her daughters, Cynthia Gore, Karen Bretscher, Theresa Lipscomb and Sandra Lamont; her brother David Jones; her nieces and nephews, Ann Corbett, Rhonda Cagle, David Jones and Bryan Smith; and her grandchildren, Desmond Merritts, Danielle Merritts, Tabitha Motley, Zack Bretscher, Crystal Martinez, Heather Houck, Josh Philpot, Angel Houck and Tommy Windsor.
