He was predeceased by: his father James Roy Buffkin. He is survived by: his mother Eva Marie Stephens Buffkin; his sister Donna Rouse of Winnabow, NC; and his nieces, Jeannie Marie Solis and Jonna Michele Baker. He is also survived by three nephews.
