It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Caines of Tabor City, North Carolina, born in Loris, South Carolina, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orian Olene Caines and Virginia Cartrette Caines; his son Timmy B. Caines; and his brothers, Spencer Caines and Sammy Caines.
He is survived by: his wife Rose James Caines of Winston Salem; his children, Rev. Jimmy W. Caines (Tansy) of Evergreen, NC and Marie Caines Sellers (Billy) of Tabor City, NC; his stepdaughter Michelle McKeithan of Tabor City, NC; and his brothers, Jerry Caines of Tabor City, NC, Dexter Caines of Pauline, SC and Dean Caines of Goldsboro, NC. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
