It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Dudney of Tabor City, North Carolina, born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on July 29, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Augusta Audrey Dudney and Smithie Strickland Dudney; and his sisters, Vivian Dudney and Katherina Strickland. He is survived by: his children, John M. Dudney (Shannon), Rita Cottrell, Kimberly Dudney and Renee Dudney; his sister Jacquelyn Lovette; and his grandchildren, Michael Britt and Amber Cottrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
