Watts; his daughters, Ann W. Bracey of Rock Hill, SC. and Cathy J. Steele (Jimmy Mack) of Summerville, SC.; his sisters, Carrie Mae Clark of Richmond, VA. and Mary K. Norris of Richmond, VA.; his grandchildren, Scottie, Ashley, Jessica, Kerri and Kristin; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Nate, Ashton and Luke.
