It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Drake Williams (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on November 28, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Almond Jerkins Drake and Annie Best Drake; her husband Alton Floyd Williams; and her siblings, Brooks Drake, Dora Lee Moore, Mary Stallings, Eva Bunn, Maude Turner and Virginia Dennis.
She is survived by: her children, John Williams (Barbara), Angela Maxwell (Larry) and Nancy Knight (Tony); and her sister-in-law Peggy Drake. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
