He is survived by: his children, Logan Elizabeth Ann Baker and Jordan Andy Baker (Macy Pierce Baker); his grandson Gavin Avery Baker; his parents, Alvis Baker and Mary Ann Baker; his brother Jimmy Baker (Kathy Baker); his former wife Terri C. Baker; and his significant other Diana Etheridge.
In lieu of flowers, Andy requested that donations be given to His Vision Ministry at address, 3393 NC Hwy 111 S. Pinetops, NC 27864 for the building of their new church.
