It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boyce Owens (Tarboro, North Carolina), born in Wilson, North Carolina, who passed away on January 6, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Earl Owens and Molly Lee Owens; his siblings, Herman Lee, Laddie Owens, Durwood Owens, Faye Adcock and Shirley Adcock; his son Billy Owens; his wife Joyce Ann Owens; his sister Carol Boisvert of Venice, FL; his sons, Willie Owens (Pam) of Tarboro, Bennie Owens (Catherine) of Clayton and Jerry Owens (Jennifer) of Tarboro; his daughter-in-law Janice Owens of Rocky Mount; his grandchildren, Wendy McLawhorn (Matt) of Tarboro, Kristy Stewart (Greg) of Cove City, Andrew Owens of Tarboro, Elizabeth McKeel of Tarboro, Justin Owens (Jessica) of Momeyer, Dustin Tyson of Tarboro and Logan Owens of Tarboro; and his great grandchildren, Marshall and Madeline McLawhorn of Trevor Owens. He was also cherished by brothers & sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
