He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Meekins and Evelyn Hooper Meekins; and his great grandchild River Faye Ross. He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Faye Meekins (Danny L. Rogers, Jr.) and Shanna Meekins Harrell (Richard E. Harrell); his grandchildren, Nicholas Ross, Mark Ross, Sammy Lenihan, Luke Ross, Leo Ross and Chandler O. Harrell; and his great grandchildren, Roan and Alex Ross. He is also survived by cousins as well as many brothers and sisters.
