He was predeceased by: his grandfather Arnold B. Coker. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Jo Coker; his daughter Emma C. Coker; his parents, Cathy Braddy (Rodney) and Denis Coker (Cindy); his sister Lindsey Luckey (Tim); his nieces, Ashlynn Luckey, Brooklyn Luckey, Gracie Jo Brown and Kimberly Lugo; his nephew Joey Hernandes; his grandparents, Ethel B. Coker, Clarence Abbott and Janice Abbott; his parents-in-law, Darlene Brown of Beulaville, NC and Eddie Brown of Beulaville, NC; his siblings-in-law, Chris Brown and Amanda Brown; and also, Ty Coker and Cam Coker.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a college fund set up for Derick's pride and joy, Emma.
