It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Jean Brewer (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on February 23, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Batts and Margaret Batts; and her brother Jackie Batts. She is survived by: her husband Lotis Brewer; her children, Joe Brewer of Tarboro, David Brewer of Tarboro, Rodney Brewer of Tarboro and Susan Lamm of Fountain; and her brother Billy Batts of Dunn, NC. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
