She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williams and Betty Williams; her husbands, Ivey Owens Sr. and Dexter Harper; and her siblings, James, Junior Williams and Helen Hardee.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Robinson (Billy), Connie Gilbert (Billy) and Ivey Owens Jr.; her sister Corrinne Byrd; and her niece Lois McLawhorn. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and her loving fur baby.
