He was predeceased by: his father Howard Brown, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Claretha Brown; his children, Vincent Smith of Tarboro, NC, Quincy Jones of Tarboro, NC and LaTonya Graham of Tarboro, NC; and his siblings, William Brown of Tarboro, NC, James Brown of Lauren, SC, Sylvia Flowers of Tarboro, NC, Alverta Jones of Tarboro, NC and Elizabeth Staton of Tarboro, NC. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
