It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Isaac Plemmer (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on July 12, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Plemmer and Ella Mae Brown Plemmer. He is survived by: his daughters, Veronica Smith of Tarboro, NC, Ramona Plemmer of Rocky Mount, NC and Ansona Dickens of Nashville, NC; and his sisters, Edith Plemmer of Pinetops, NC, Maggie Dickens of Clinton, MD, Yvonne Green of Durham, NC, Jacqueline Prescott of Temple Hill, MD, Janice White of Suitland Maryland, Ava Cofield of Tarboro, NC and Lynette Howard of Tarboro, NC. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
