James Rogers Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Rogers (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on March 3, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Haywood and Nettie Cullipher Rogers; and his siblings, John Haywood, Jr. and Evelyn Rogers Clark. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Griffin Rogers; his daughters, Jennifer Rogers Norville (Rick) and Jill Rogers Dupree (Joe); his grandchildren, Kyle Martin Norville (Jesseca), Kaylyn Rogers Norville, Seth Joseph Dupree and Layton James Dupree; his siblings, Jesse Rogers (Joyce), William Rogers (Martha), Bobby Rogers (Mary) and Mary Frances Bailey (Jerry); and his brother-in-law Russell Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
