He was predeceased by: his brother Garnie Rogister; his grandson Brandon Stroud; and his sister-in-law Carol Rogister. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy S. Rogister; his daughters, Debbie Stroud (Glenn) of Hobgood, NC, Terri Thomas of Tarboro, NC and Jenny Paramore (Chester); his grandchildren, Jessica Stroud, Joseph Thomas, Emily Thomas and Seth Paramore; his siblings, Paul Rogister of Palmyra, NC, Bobby Rogister (Shelby) of Bethel, NC, Ellen Raynor (Larry) of Rocky Mount, NC, Annie Godwin (Don) of Tarboro, NC and Linda Davenport (Donnie) of Seneca, SC; and his sisters-in-law, Margie Rogister of Tarboro, NC, Lillian Kirkland of Tarboro, NC, Evelyn Mitchell of Tarboro, NC, Margie Belch (Tommy) of Tarboro, NC and Uncle Earl Leggett of Tarboro, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
