We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2019, at the age of 76, James Wooten Jr. (Tarboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen Wooten, Sr. and Ruth Morgan Wooten. He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Jean Byrd Wooten; his sister June Wooten Newberry; his sons, James Allen Wooten, III (Kim), Thomas Christopher Wooten (Arlene) and William Byrd Wooten, Sr. (Margaret Anne); his grandchildren, Jenny, Allen, Sarah, Tyler (Kaitlyn), Joshua, Virginia, Isabella, Will and Jacob Wooten; and his great grandchildren, Olivia and Mason Boone.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial gifts to be given to the Alzheimer's Association or First Baptist Church in Tarboro.
