It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse Jones of Tarboro, North Carolina, who passed away on August 1, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Jones, Sr. and Lossie Lloyd Jones. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jones; his children, Chauncey Jones of Tarboro, NC, Melissa Jones of Raleigh, NC and Cassandra Young of Norfolk, VA; and his siblings, William Earl Jones, Jr. of Killen, TX, James Jones of Tarboro, NC, Minister Curtis Jones of Florence, SC, Cliff Jones of Greenville, NC, Andrew Jones of Greenville, NC, Pastor Willie Mae Bryant of Tarboro, NC, Bobbie J. Brown of Tarboro, NC, Evangelist Catherine Palmer of Tarboro, NC and Mary L. Cherry of Rocky Mount, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
