He was predeceased by: his mother Linda S. Lewis of Lewis Community; his great-nieces, Brooke and Bailee Bourne; his uncles, Linwood T. Lewis, Robert A. Lewis and William E. Lewis; his aunt Barbara L. Wells; and his grandparents, Robert L. and Bettie Lee Lewis.
He is survived by: his father Jimmy "Buddy" Lewis; his wife Sherri Harrell Lewis; his sons, Vadden Michael Gooding and Waylon Robert Lewis; his stepson Austin Drake Turner; his grandson Wade Robert Turner; his sister Anita Hobgood (Harold Jr.); his nieces and nephews, Casey Bourne (Hunter) and Lindsey Walston (Dustin); and his great-nephews, Garrett, Cayden and Liam. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
