We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2019, Jo Ann Brown (Tarboro, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Franklin R. Brown; her children, Cindy Brown Berry (Steve) of Rocky Mount, Terry Culpepper (Daniel) of Folly Beach, SC and Joseph Edgar Brown, III (Ellen) of Wilson; her grandchildren, Christopher (Courtney), Matthew, Thomas Berry, Will, Joseph and Hannah Brown; and her sister Jimi Ruth Bartolone of New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests Memorial gifts be given to St. James United Methodist Church in Tarboro or to the Jo Ann Brown Endowed Scholarship at Edgecombe Community College.
