He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Allen Worrell and Tiny Lee Worrell; and his wife Jonsie Medlin Worrell. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Worrell (Shirley), Rebecca Griffin (Mike), Sarah Wallace (Brent) and Jason Worrell (Nicole); his grandchildren, Trevor Worrell, Janie Wallace, Connor Allen Worrell Griffin, Freddy Coley and Charley Coley; his great grandchild Hank Allen Coley; and his sister Valeria Howell (Phillip).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Proctor's Chapel Baptist Church, 2917 Old Wilson Road, Rocky Mount, NC 27801.
