She is survived by: her children, Hampton Winnegan of Tarboro, NC, Anthony Winnegan of Tarboro, NC and Belinda Cotton of Macclesfield, NC; and her siblings, George Bullock of Flint, MI, Milton Bullock of Flint, MI, Anthony Bullock of Flint, MI, Brenda Exum of Tarboro, NC, Sandra Whirl of Flint, MI and Fannie Hendrick of Flint, MI. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
