She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hartford S. Strickland, Sr. and Bessie B. Strickland; her husband Jimmy L Lewis (Buddy) of Tarboro; her daughter Anita L. Hobgood (Harold W. Hobgood Jr.); her grandchild Casey Lee Bourne (Hunter); her great grandchildren, Garrett and Cayden; her son Liam Jimmy L. Lewis, Jr. (Lee); her grandchildren, Vadden and Waylon; and her siblings, Hartford S. Strickland Jr, James Ray Strickland (Ray), Rayford T. Strickland (Rayford), Avery Lee Strickland (Dick), Brenda S. Warren, Jerry Lee Strickland (Jerry) and Connie S. Perry. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and special friends.
