It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monroe Jones (Tarboro, North Carolina), born in Smithfield, North Carolina, who passed away on February 26, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Medwyn and Marguerite Gaskin Jones. He is survived by: his sister Gale Trevathan (Steve) of Rocky Mount; and his nephew Jeremy Trevathan of Rocky Mount.
