He is survived by: his parents, Mona Ellis Johnson and Michael Johnson; his brothers, Eric Johnson (Casey) of Scotland Neck and Matt Johnson (Becca) of Tarboro; his son Theodore "Teddy" Squires of New Bern; his grandparents, Raymond, Cherry Johnson of Speed, Danny and Delores Ellis of Hobgood; his nieces and nephews, Luke, Walker Johnson, Olivia and Lilly Johnson; and his uncles, Kurt Ellis (Karen) of Hobgood, Thomas Ellis (Olivia) of Hobgood, David Ellis (Tiffany) of Florida, Daniel Ellis (Renee) of Speed, Greg Johnson (Amanda) of Hookerton, Chris Johnson (Katina) of Speed and Ginny Johnson of Pinetops. He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended family and friends.
