She was predeceased by: her husband Jennis "Chick" Hoard; her children, Geraldine "Sissy" Clark and Sammie Bullock Jr.; and her grandchildren, Alan Clark and Ella Hoard.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Carson and Lossie Dunn White; her daughters-in-law, Carson Clark, Shearyl Clark (Tarboro), Joe Clark, Debbie Clark (Tarboro), John Hoard and Sara Hoard (Ayden); her grandchildren, Darlene Scott, Josh Clark, Matthew Clark, Grace Hoard and Joy Hoard; and her great grandchildren, Briar Scott, Emery Scott and Vincent Scott.
