He is survived by: his wife Pam Hoggard; his children, Lisa Hoggard Owens (John) of Tarboro and Rodney Earl Hoggard of Tarboro; his grandchildren, Shane Clark (Courtney) of Tarboro, Kacey Hoggard of Tarboro, Caleb Hoggard of Ohio, Alexis Soles of Tarboro and Gabe Hoggard of Tarboro; his great grandchildren, Aubree and Jamie Lynn Clark of Tarboro; and his sister Elizabeth Joyner (Ben) of Scotland Neck. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
