He is survived by: his mother Barbara Speaker of Tarboro, NC; his wife Velencia Speaker of Washington, DC; his children, Jason McCory of Washington, DC, Robert Speaker of Washington, DC, Reginald Speaker, Jr. of Rocky Mount, NC, Devonte Bey of Baltimore, MD and Shante Speaker of Tarboro, NC; and his siblings, Michael Speaker of Portsmouth, VA, Trina Parker Guine of Charlotte, NC and Zina Parker of Tarboro, NC. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
