She was predeceased by : her father James Earl Thomas, Sr.. She is survived by : her mother Ethel Martin Thomas of Princeville, NC; her husband David Foreman; her sons, Darius Foreman and Dominique Foreman of Rocky Mount, NC; her stepdaughter Kanyia Foreman of Tarboro, NC; her siblings, Jamie Thomas of Princeville, NC, Sarah Thomas Brown of Rocky Mount, NC and Sylvia Thomas Foreman of Tarboro, NC; and her goddaughter Quadesha Dickerson of Rocky Mount, NC. She is also survived by nieces, nephews others loving relatives and friends.
