It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stonewall Jackson Simpkins (Tarboro, North Carolina), who passed away on May 27, 2018, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Stonewall Simpkins and Lizzie Briley Simpkins; and his siblings, Todd Brady and Allie Lee Vick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Simpkins; his children, Tony Edwards (Angie) of Macclesfield, Crystal Martinez and Jeanette Dominuez; and his sister Elizabeth Brady. He is also survived by grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren, along with many friends and extended relatives.
