He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Lewis; his parents, Johnny Percy and Viola Lewis; and his siblings, Wesley Lewis, Frances Jordan, Nannie Harrell, Tucker Griffin, Nadine Fisher, Peggy Ashcroft and Buck Lewis.
He is survived by: his children, Reece Odom and Scott Lewis (Robin); his grandchildren, Blair Carpenter, Clancy Carter, Lindsay Buck and Katie Lewis; his stepchildren, Sammy Woolard, Daryl Woolard, Debbie Woolard and Susie Thorne; and his sister Emma Gibson. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
