He was predeceased by: his wife Rebecca Biddle Casper; his parents, Virgil Ray and Dorothy Crisp Casper; his brother Keith Casper; and his grandmother Olivia Crisp.
He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Davenport (Lee), Robin Lane Armfield (John), Jo Ellen Lane Ewing (Greg) and Shawn Davidson; and his siblings, Lisa Rogerson (Allen) and Mike Casper (Susan). He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
